Service Description and Fees

We are eager to perform at your wedding or other event. We are very flexible and will work with you to plan musical entertainment that will be elegant and most memorable.

The process to organize memorable music entertainment for your event starts with a discussion regarding your event. We will spend as much time as needed discussing your needs and suggesting songs from our vast repertoire. If you desire to have some music that we don’t have in our repertoire – not a problem. As long as we can locate the sheet music at least a week before the performance we will gladly include it in your event.

Our service is charged on a half hour basis with a minimum charge of one hour. Depending on the number of musicians and length of service price will vary greatly but budget $300 for the ceremony if you include at least a trio. We give a big discount if you hire us for your reception in additon to the ceremony. Contact us to discuss the details of your event so that we can quote you most accurate price.

We have a few requests to ensure success.

First of all performing outside is not a problem as long as the following is observed:

• We don’t need much space, just enough to set up three armless chairs and music stands.
• You provide the chairs, we provide the music stands.
• We are unable to perform when air temperature is less then 50 degrees F.
• Due to delicate nature of our instruments we ask to be provided a shaded area that is also protected from any rain. Our instruments are antique wooden instruments.

On the day of your event we will need the performance area to be available half an hour before scheduled start to set up. We will dress in appropriate formal attire suitable for your event. During the event we do not take music requests from the audience. If there is a need to extend performance time we will either repeat predefined program or extend it with music pieces of similar genre from our vast repertoire.

In case one of our core musicians becomes unavailable for your event we will notify you immediately and provide another musician of equal abilities. We know many professional string players in the area that can substitute if necessary.

These few points will ensure that your event goes smoothly and your guests will be pleased with the elegance and beauty of your musical entertainment.
